Expanding Access Through "Stellar Story Lab"
Stellar Story Lab is a YouTube channel created by Dr. Ramella Lee, Ph.D., to make reading more engaging, accessible, and interactive for children with autism and diverse learning needs.
Through adapted read-alouds, dialogic reading strategies, story-based lessons, and interactive comprehension activities, Stellar Story Lab transforms storytime into an opportunity for children to actively participate, communicate, answer questions, build comprehension, and develop a love of reading.
Each story is thoughtfully adapted to provide additional visual, language, and learning supports. Many videos are paired with FREE downloadable adapted readers available right here on this website, allowing families, educators, behavior analysts, and other professionals to extend learning beyond the video.

Expanding Access Through "My Stellar Life with Autism"
As the founder of My Stellar Life with Autism, I am committed to improving opportunities for adolescents and young adults with autism as they transition into adulthood. The nonprofit was established to address an important need that emerges as individuals move beyond childhood services: continued opportunities to develop the practical skills needed for greater independence and meaningful participation in their communities.
Our work focuses on building life skills, social skills, self-determination, and employment readiness—areas that can directly influence an individual's ability to navigate adulthood with greater independence. Through skill-building programs and community-based opportunities, My Stellar Life with Autism helps individuals develop skills that extend into everyday life.
My advocacy is rooted in the belief that support for learners with autism should not end as they grow older. By creating opportunities to practice real-world skills and prepare for adult responsibilities, I hope to help build a more inclusive future in which individuals with autism have greater opportunities to live, work, participate, and thrive within their communities.
